We use this high-quality Buckwheat Flour to make our delicious, Gluten-Free crêpes! Some kinds of buckwheat flour do not make crêpe batter bind well, but we selected this particular flour because it is just incredible! This flour adds a robust, nut-like flavor that mixes well with hearty foods.

    I love Buckwheat overall, but I think breads and Crepes made from buckwheat are so much better. I love the Norther Parts of France where the normal crepe is sarisin which I believe is Buckwheat. Man oh man, and so much more healthy. Love the option.
