    Yes, I know everyone loves quiche Lorraine, but this is my favorite. It’s so flavorful without being overpowered by chilies. It’s simply the best in my opinion.

    This is my favorite lunch. When I heat it up at work, people are so envious. The 4 cheeses and the chilis taste so good together. I took the quiche class and have also made this for many parties at my house. It is always the first thing gobbled down. I love the individual sizes, though, and can finish one off on my way home from the cafe.
