This has become our top seller! Our Chef Hogan has created a delicious flavorful Salmon en Croûte recipe: Sundried Tomato Pesto, Herb Cream Cheese, Sautéed Bacon and Shallot Spinach, layered together with a 6 oz Salmon Filet inside our house-made Puff Pastry.
